TERATHANE® 250

Readily available in consistent quality

TERATHANE® 250 is a low molecular weight polytetra methylene ether glycol (PTMEG). Like all other TERATHANE® grades it is difunctional and contains only primary OH-end groups.

TERATHANE® 250 can be used in a variety of polyurethane and non-polyurethane applications to produce polymers with unique properties. Some typical interest areas are:

•		Polyurethane coatings and adhesives
•		Modified polyurethane soft segments and chain extenders
•		Building block for PTMEG-Carbonatediol copolymers
•		Glycol building block for adipate or other polyester glycols
•		Glycol component in low molecular weight diacrylate or dimethacrylate intermediates
•		Modifier for PBT polymer systems
